Program Overview

NYC Green House is a program developed by the NYC Department of Housing, Preservation and Development (HPD) in conjunction with The Community Preservation Corporation and in collaboration with public and private partners.   HPD is committed to supporting safe, quality affordable housing, promoting strong neighborhoods and encouraging sustainable development as an economically viable solution for building owners.
